Besen & Assoc. named exclusive broker for three-building portfolio
Besen & Associates has been appointed the exclusive broker to market for sale three Bronx properties: 2000 Prospect Ave. (65 apartments), 1400 Jesup Ave. (50 apartments) and 1245-1255 Stratford Ave. (140 apartments) totaling 255 apartments and 231,000 s/f.
Matthew Slonim, COO at Besen & Associates is spearheading the sale on behalf of ownership.
