Rowen and Kerwin of GFI Realty sell two Bronx properties: $2.48 million
Colin Rowen, director of The Rowen Group at GFI Realty Services, recently represented the seller of 1151 and 1155 East 165th St. for $2.48 million.
The two, five-story walk up residential buildings were distressed properties when they were originally purchased by the seller. Significant capital improvements were made increasing the buildings' value substantially. These properties were purchased by a local investor who was represented by Michael Kerwin, senior broker at GFI Realty Services. Â
"This transaction was a homerun for both the buyer and the seller," said Colin Rowen, director of The Rowen Group, a division of GFI Realty Services with a primary focus on the Northern Manhattan and Bronx region.
