Argento awarded Best New Commercial Construction project in Queens; For Carpet time; Presented by Queens Chamber of Commerce

Queens, NY On December 3rd, at the 90th Annual Building Awards & Gala, The Queens Chamber of Commerce presented the award for Best Commercial Building Construction in Queens to Argento Construction for the construction of a two-story building for client Carpet Time on Northern Blvd. “Congratulations to Argento Construction Corp. on winning the New Construction: Commercial Project award,” said Thomas Grech, executive director of the Queens Chamber of Commerce. “This new building will allow Queens to continue to attract entrepreneurs who can create jobs to our borough, helping to ensure our economy remains vibrant. I would also like to congratulate the owner Mr. Sotiris Constantinou and John Carusone Architects for all their efforts in the process.” The winners of the Queens Chamber of Commerce Building Awards are voted on by a select committee of board members, experts in the industry, along with professionals from government agencies and real estate organizations. There were 21 winners out of 110 entries in this year’s competition.
