Aragon worked closely with international firm TPG Architecture to deliver the project, which encompasses the entire second floor of the class A office building.
The new space includes approximately 50 offices, six conference rooms, training rooms and an interior open work area.
A neutral color palette of browns and tans features throughout. "We wanted to combine the tradition of a well-established financial company with modern era technology," said Michael Brandt of TPG.
"The new office for Quinlan Financial Group provides them with the ideal combination of both style and substance in a prime location," said Richard Hartz, executive vice president of Aragon Construction. "The business community on Long Island continues to grow and thrive, and Aragon is pleased to be a part of that expansion."
Macro Consultants LLC served as the owner's representative and project manager of the entire project, providing a variety of services from securing furniture and technology to relocation management and decommissioning. They worked closely with Aragon and TPG to deliver the new space. "This is the first time we have worked with Aragon and we were very pleased," said Paul Kurklen, director of project management for Macro Consultants. "It was a great team effort. Everyone planned in advance to make sure the job was done correctly and that's why it was such a success."
