aptsandlofts.com chosen to market A&E Real Estate Holdings' 245 East 80th Street

According to A&E Real Estate Holdings, in conjunction with leading real estate marketing and brokerage company aptsandlofts.com, 245 East 80th St. - a recently renovated residential rental building located on the Upper East Side - has begun leasing. Occupancy within the 110-residence building is immediate. "There are still pockets in the Upper East Side that offer tremendous real estate value, like at 245 East 80th Street," said David Maundrell, founder and president of aptsandlofts.com. "The layouts are much larger than typical Manhattan rentals, and the interior design concept offers a stylish and unique high-end living environment. Renters expect more today, which is why we anticipate the market to gravitate towards this elevated living experience." Built in 1959, 245 East 80th St. is a 12-story building located between Second and Third Aves. on the Upper East Side. Originally designed by architect William Hohauser, the red brick building is comprised of 110 residences, the majority of which were redesigned by architect and interior design firm Kinlin Rutherford. The property offers a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments that range in size from 450 to 1,600 s/f. Monthly rents begin at $2,580 and go up to $9,740. In addition to the apartment interiors, the common areas including lobby, elevators and corridors have been renovated. Parts of the exterior were also upgraded, including a new entrance canopy. 245 East 80th St. is also updating its amenity offerings to include a 1,500 s/f garden terrace, a fitness center and a multipurpose room, all of which will be offered later this year. There is also a 24/7 doorman and on-site superintendent. The newly designed homes offer nine-foot ceiling heights; Preverco white oak hardwood floors; custom kitchens with maple wood painted in white satin finishes; Glassos Nano white polished counter tops; Frigidaire stainless steel appliances; Verona gas stoves; updated bathroom finishes including porcelain floors, wall tiles and Glassos Nano white polish vanities; new entry doors; and washer and dryers in all renovated units. 245 East 80th St. enjoys close proximity to the Upper East Side's top restaurants, museums, shopping, parks, transportation and more.
