Brooklyn, NY Alpha Realty arranged the sale of 105 Boerum Place situated in Boerum Hill and 145 Somers St. in Ocean Hill for $3.15 million. Alpha Realty’s Glenn Raff and Jacob Aronov were the brokers on the Boerum Place deal while Lev Mavashev and Scott Schwartz represented both buyer and seller on the Ocean Hill property. “Boerum Hill is a hot submarket in the already sizzling Brooklyn multifamily scene and to pick up property there is almost a no brainer from an investment standpoint.
