Allen of Greyhawk to headline the event NYSCAR, SEC and CCIM to sponsor two-day workshop in Albany

The New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), the Society of Exchange Counselors (SEC) and the New York State chapter of CCIM will sponsor a two-day workshop entitled, "Developing & Syndicating: Big Money Real Estate." The event will be held on October 1st and 2nd at the Desmond Hotel & Conference Center. Chet Allen, SEC, CCIM, EMS, president of Greyhawk, Inc., will be headlining the event. Allen is a builder, developer and contractor. He has an Economic degree from Stanford University and is a winner of the CCIM Snyder Award, "Best Exchange, USA." Allen is also a past-president and lifetime member of the SEC and the author of The Guide to Becoming Real Estate Rich. He has brokered $80 million in properties and has designed, entitled, developed and built housing subdivisions, apartment complexes, condominiums, offices and industrial buildings. Registration is due by September 19. The cost of the event is $225 for members of sponsoring organizations and $250 for non-members. The workshop will be worth 16 hours of c.e. credit.
