2nd quarter closings from Tudor Collins Commercial Real Estate

North Tonawanda, NY Eric Tudor and Patricia Collins, co-owners of Tudor Collins Commercial Real Estate, have completed the following deals during the 2nd quarter:

• Represented the new owners of a historic three-story building at 62 Webster St. signed 2 leases: 542 s/f to a photographer, and 3000 s/f to Escape Room Adventures WNY LLC.

• Represented the landlord, leasing 38,868 s/f at 160 Bud Mill to Lasership Inc. Jim Militello and Michael Sweitzer of JR Militello Realty with Jeff Rudy of Pinnacle Realty acted for the tenant.

• Sonwil Distribution leased 17,825 s/f at 254-256 Sonwil to Expeditors International, represented by Clarke Thrasher of Hunt Commercial Realty.  They also leased an additional 5,000 s/f to EcoMetal, Inc. at 156 Sonwil.   

• Represented investor, Scott Cassety, who leased 11,500 s/f of warehouse space to Juicy Vapors, represented by Jason Castricone of Recckio Commercial Realty.

• Represented the landlord, and Castricone, representing the tenant, also co-brokered another deal at 2333 Niagara Falls Blvd.: 2000 s/f to Lucky DeVille’s Tattoo Parlor.

• Represented Kevin Hufford, owner of Softball Central to lease 11,430 s/f in the Buffalo Business Park at 1800 Broadway as they have outgrown their current 3,000 s/f facility.

• AccuMed leased a small office on Walden Ave. from Walden Avenue Associates.
