What person, project, transaction, or market had the greatest impact on your industry this year?
Our business took a hard shift towards healthcare build-outs this year. Although we were already constructing satellite centers for hospitals by 2018, the events of the past couple years had an impact on the number of retail level surgical and urgent care centers for which we were responsible in 2022!
What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2023?
Luxury veterinary centers! In 2022, we were awarded contracts for six high-end veterinary centers, representing different brands! What they have in common are highly designed interiors with service stations previously seen only in clinics for humans, top-of-line operating rooms, wellness waiting areas with barista stations for pet-parents and beyond!
