2025-Innovators in Commercial Real Estate-Dawn Gluck of Lipsky Construction Management

Dawn Gluck
Project Coordinator
Lipsky Construction Management

Beyond Buildings: How do you see innovation in commercial real estate creating a broader impact on communities and the people who live and work in them? Long Island is a tough place to live. Everything is expensive. I get to see first hand the many different projects we are working on and how they change the community for the better. The only thing better than the projects we work on are the great clients we have today. I feel the subcontractors, the architects, and the owners are all working toward the same goals which sets the job up for success.

Corporate Culture: How does your organization foster a culture of innovation among employees and leadership? I think we have great culture at our company. We are provided the opportunity to suggest new company outing ideas and ways to make work feel less like a 9 to 5 and more like a true community. I think the culture is making our clients happier too, as they see the energy of our team and get to participate in some of our team building activities.
