2025-Innovators in Commercial Real Estate-Adam Goldson of Lipsky Construction Management

Adam Goldson
Senior Project Executive
Lipsky Construction Management

Impact Highlight: Describe a recent program, initiative, or process implemented by you and the impact on your firm, organization, or community. Our ability to be the construction manager during both the pre-construction and construction phase, allows the team to provide greater value to our clients. Setting clear expectations and showing how projects evolve in real time allows owners to see the progress firsthand. This helps us problem-solve together before issues impact schedule or cost. That open communication builds trust, minimizes surprises, and creates a sense of shared ownership that extends beyond the job site.

Innovative Outlook: Where do you see the biggest opportunities for innovation in the commercial real estate sector? I see opportunity in stronger collaboration between field operations and ownership teams. When developers bring construction professionals to the table early during feasibility and design, we can prevent the majority of change orders and delays. That early alignment saves time, money, and frustration. The future of this industry will belong to developers who treat their builders as true strategic partners from day one.
