What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?
I am currently representing a charitable organization with the sale of a 160,000 s/f building and have been successful in obtaining over a dozen offers acceptable offers within 45 days of marketing the property.
We have ended the marketing period and expect the seller to chose a prospective purchaser, with multiple backups.
Which professional organization(s) would you recommend to women just starting out in your industry?
I would encourage women to join real estate related trade associations, such as the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, which is an organization that I am currently sitting on the Board of as President. The resources, education, and networking provided by associations such as HGAR are invaluable.
