2023 Ones to Watch Rising Stars: Bobby Lawrence, B6 Real Estate Advisors

Bobby Lawrence
Director
B6 Real Estate Advisors

Number of years at firm: 4

One thing on my bucket list: Go on a West Coast road trip.

When I am not working, I am: Hanging with friends, seeing live music, running, and playing tennis in Fort Greene Park.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? My team sold 1490 & 1497 McDonald Ave., a portfolio of two industrial buildings in South Brooklyn for $17 million. I’m particularly proud of this transaction because we represented a multi-generational owner and helping our clients sell a piece of their family history and move on to the next chapter of their lives was very fulfilling.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?

“Bobby Lawrence is the go-to authority in Brooklyn’s Park Slope, Brownstone and Gowanus investment sales markets, thanks to his considerable experience and passion for his business and the community he serves. He connects well with clients, resulting in five closed transactions in the past year and an active pipeline of active listings.” - Cory Rosenthal, Chief Revenue Officer at B6 Real Estate Advisors
