How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career? Obstacles are part of the business. There is rarely a transaction that doesn’t have obstacles. You just need to try to figure out solutions that work for both parties and be persistent. And also realize when it is not going to work out and move on.

How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career? I believe one of my strengths is working with different people and personalities. You need to be part therapist and part salesperson. Being organized is essential to follow up.

What trends are you seeing so far this year? Retail has been evolving. Less brick and mortar stores are opening and more service oriented businesses are. For example- restaurants, spas, exercise, tutoring, medical urgent care…

What do you do for fun? I read, exercise, watch TV ( Netflix!), play tennis, spend time with friends and family.
