How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career? For as far back as I can remember, I have always been motivated by goals. Whether it was convincing my parents I was responsible enough to attend my first dance, talking my way through layers of people to coordinate a meet-and-greet with a hard-to-reach celebrity for a Make-a-Wish child, or working with a great team to build a premiere title agency into a national underwriter, I have never taken my eye off the ball. I am positive and surround myself with people who exude positive energy. Thankfully, during my career I have been fortunate enough to work with motivating leaders.  I have always focused on the task at hand and I have never doubted that I wouldn’t reach a desired goal. Obstacles along the way have never been a hindrance, only a reason to think creatively of how to overcome them. I’ve always looked at any miss steps as a reason to refocus.  Truthfully, I thrive on challenges, they drive me to seek success all the more. I have grown to understand that obstacles are a learning experience offering me an opportunity to progress with far more wisdom to the next challenge.

What do you do for fun? With a bursting agenda, a fulfilling career and mother of two, I find refuge around a campfire laughing with family and friends amidst the scent of roasted marshmallows.
