How did you get your start in real estate?

I started buying investment properties.

What real estate associations or organizations are you a member of?

NYSCAR, CCIM, CIREB

What recent project or transaction are you most proud of?

A sublease for a repeat client who said, “I trust you; my fate is in your hands, you’ll take care of it…” Those words are a very precious commodity which can’t be bought. They were earned.

What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why?

To be chosen to join Cresa’s Corporate Solutions Team; I love bringing best-in-global class talent to my portfolio clients and prospects.

What have been some of the benefits of being a mentor or having a mentor?

Being a mentor is gift to myself as well as someone else- it helps shortcut a young agent’s success timeline by doing a favor I’d have loved to received when I was starting out.

Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career and why?

My grandfather – he worked at a GM factory. He never missed a day in 30 years! If there was a blizzard, he got up hours earlier and WALKED when he knew his car would be plowed in.

What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you?

Habit–It’s the only way I can manage to have time to keep prospecting while servicing my clients during the day.

What is the best advice you have received and who was it from?

My friend who owns regional malls always tells me…Whenever a situation is distractingly stressful, I think of his words and smile. It’s simple: “Don’t blink!”
