How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2016? At Handler Real Estate Organization we have three core divisions - property ownership, property investment, and third party brokerage. Our owned Garment District office portfolio is nearly 100 occupied, and we have invested in over a dozen properties over the past 18 months in the N.Y. metro region, with others in the pipeline. We will continue throughout 2016 to pursue new investment opportunities in both commercial and residential properties in the area. Meanwhile, our brokerage team focuses on small- to mid-size leases servicing a diversity of tenants, including nonprofits, tech, financial and professional services, media, garment, and others, often in class A properties.
