How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2016? Cloud-based infrastructure enables brokers anywhere to retrieve up to the minute information on properties. It also allows the clients to see where in the marketing process their property is. This transparency gives the customer the ability to track results, and helps answer the age old question, “Is my broker working on my property.” After 15 years in business, the time was right to expand our operations by opening offices in Stamford and White Plains. This gives us the ability to service our clients in both states, achieve greater coverage and gain street knowledge. To help extend our geographic coverage and service our growing client base, we’re planning to hire 8 new brokers in each office. We’ve also invested in the technology necessary in today’s fast “on demand” real estate market. In addition, we’ve embraced the auction platform for some of our property dispositions in order to cast a wider audience and with the rise of crowdfunding, many of our market buyers are coming from out of state.  With interest rates predicted to remain relatively low and pent up demand, we anticipate that our investment sales division will achieve double digit growth in 2016.
