What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015? & What real estate project, transaction, market trend or product had a significant impact on your industry in 2015? 2015 was memorable for roof-lifting. Two world records were set for roof-areas raised, and space created. Coincidentally, both were located in New Jersey. One was the lift of 635,000 s/f in Secaucus, from 24’ to 32’. This is the largest single roof ever lifted. The new height attracted a prestigious tenant to the owner’s vacant building. Another record was set when STI lifted a 440,000 s/f  South Brunswick site from 24’ to 45’ - adding more cubic space than any previous roof-raising project, and enabling a new owner to purchase and use it for high-bay storage. Real estate values for both properties were “on the rise.”
