What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015? In 2015 I developed the “Commercial Investment Real Estate Certification” (CIREC) program. Often residential agents try to take advantage of commercial opportunities without proper training; creating liability issues, loss of potential profits and a disservice to the client. This multi-course program teaches the foundations needed to provide commercial and investment real estate brokerage services. In addition, it provides a review of basics and enhanced techniques for experienced commercial agents. Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and are recognized as “Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified” (CIREC) agents. The CIREC program is being given by realtor boards in CT and NY and by Westchester Community College.
