What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015? Putting together the Sutton Place assemblage, which will enable my developer client to construct a 260,000 s/f residential building on the site. This was an $86.4 million off-market deal that required finesse and diplomacy when speaking with condo and co-op boards to convince them to sell their buildings’ air rights. Behind the scenes, I was able to assemble for my client properties at 428-432 East 58th St.; air rights on East 58th St.; air rights at 422-424 East 58th St.; air rights at 426 East 58th St.; and air rights at 444-446 East 58th St.
