150 East 78th St. by Robert A.M. Stern Architect launches sales

Manhattan, NY 150 East 78th St., a new exclusive condominium development designed by architectural firm Robert A.M. Stern Architects with interiors by designer Robert Couturier, has  launched sales. Developed by Midwood Investment & Development and EJS Group, 150 East 78th St. brings 25 residences and curated amenities to the Upper East Side.

Located on the corner of Lexington Ave. and East 78th St., 150 East 78th St.’s facade features handset Indiana limestone, patterned brick, and ornamental metalwork. Ranging from three-to-five bedrooms, the building offers half-floor, full-floor, and duplex residences each with direct elevator access into a private entry vestibule.

Currently under construction with an anticipated summer 2021 occupancy.
