150 East 78th St. by Robert A.M. Stern Architect launches sales

Manhattan, NY 150 East 78^th St., a new exclusive condominium development designed by architectural firm Robert A.M. Stern Architects with interiors by designer Robert Couturier, has  launched sales. Developed by Midwood Investment & Development and EJS Group, 150 East 78^th St. brings 25 residences and curated amenities to the Upper East Side.

Located on the corner of Lexington Ave. and East 78^th St., 150 East 78^th St.’s facade features handset Indiana limestone, patterned brick, and ornamental metalwork. Ranging from three-to-five bedrooms, the building offers half-floor, full-floor, and duplex residences each with direct elevator access into a private entry vestibule.

Currently under construction with an anticipated summer 2021 occupancy.
