Mancini Duffy adds principal Mann-Amato as new shareholder

Jessica Mann-Amato

New York, NY Since 2017, a new generation of leadership at Mancini Duffy has been changing the architecture and design industry through tech-first innovation. This evolution continues with the addition of Jessica Mann-Amato, IIDA, LEED AP, a principal at Mancini, being named its newest shareholder. With over 20 years of extensive client-focused design experience, Mann-Amato joins shareholders Christian Giordano, Scott Harrell, William Mandara Jr., and Bolanle Williams-Olley with a shared vision of propelling the firm into the future with a tech-driven approach and recalibration of the 100-plus-year-old firm.

“Since joining the firm last year, Jessica has been pivotal in taking the design side of our business to the next level. She is the final piece of the puzzle filling the design leadership role on the ownership side,” said Giordano, president of Mancini. “She is continuing to build on Dina Frank’s design legacy at Mancini and I’m excited to see how she will continue to fuel our commitment to pushing boundaries through tech in design.”

In 2019, Mann-Amato joined Mancini as principal and has been instrumental in fully integrating technology into all phases of the design process to immerse Mancini’s clients from the inception of the project.

As a shareholder, she aims to continue to evolve Mancini’s interactive 360 Design process and make it even more efficient for the firm’s clients.

“I joined Mancini because I was wanted to be part of a firm that leveraged technology in all facets of the design process” Mann-Amato said. “I am thrilled to join the leaders of Mancini as a shareholder. We are a young, dynamic team working collectively toward a common vision while simultaneously supporting one another’s growth and initiatives.”
