Kids In Distressed Situations (K.I.D.S.) and Fashion Delivers Charitable Foundation, Inc., partner charities that have provided over $1 billion in new product donations to families affected by poverty and natural disasters, will recognize four top leaders from fashion, real estate, entertainment and philanthropy at the Women In Industry Luncheon (WIIL) taking place June 6th at Cipriani 42nd St.. NY1 News journalist, Jessica Abo, will emcee the fundraiser. K.I.D.S. and Fashion Delivers will honor Margaret Hayes, president of Fashion Group International; Kelly Neal Mariotti, CEO of First Candle; Joanne Podell, vice chairman, retail services, Cushman & Wakefield, and, Maura Regan, senior vice president and general manager, Global Consumer Products, Sesame Workshop. "Within each of their industries, our honorees have been selected as role models for excellence in business achievement as well as for their generosity of spirit and compassion exemplified throughout their careers," said K.I.D.S. chairman of the board Kevin Burke. "Fashion Delivers' and K.I.D.S.' mission is dedicated to making a difference and we are proud to recognize women who believe in that mission, and live it," said Fashion Delivers chairman, Allan Ellinger.
