East Hampton, NY According to Katz & Associates, Warby Parker has opened their first area location at 50 Newtown Ln. Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Assoc. secured the site on behalf of the tenant. The lease is for 1,250 s/f. The landlord was represented by Richard Hodos of CBRE.
The new store combines books and ice cream, two of the owners favorite things. “It is an honor to be working with such an innovative, forward-thinking and charitable company,” said Katz.
