Argo RE assumes management of 430,000 s/f commercial condo

62 West 47th Street - Manhattan, NY

Manhattan, NY Argo Real Estate’s property management division has been retained to manage 62 West 47th St., a commercial condominium in the Diamond District, between Fifth and Sixth Ave’s. The 430,000 s/f, circa 1926 Art Deco jewel has 16 floors and grade-level retail tenants that include Valley National Bank. The building’s central location is close to public transportation, shopping, and dining destinations.

“This impressive building has a rich history, and we look forward to working with the condo association and unit owners to maintain it at peak performance,” said Gustavo Rusconi CPM, vice president and director of management, Argo Real Estate. “Our team is a great fit because we bring decades of experience with institutional knowledge of local laws, building codes and city and state regulations, along with best-in-class services pertinent for well-run buildings.”

Supporting the property management division will be such in-house departments as project management, building operations, compliance, brokerage, transfers and closings, and technology.
