Burdett of Flaum Mgmt. represents Tuesday Morning in 44,701 s/f in leases; Borruso of Flaum with 23,314 s/f deal

Flaum Management Company, Inc., one of the region's full-service real estate companies has negotiated three new leases totaling 44,701 s/f on behalf of Tuesday Morning. Scott Burdett, vice president of Marketing/Brokerage Services negotiated the deals on behalf of his client Tuesday Morning. Tuesday Morning has opened in a 13,477 s/f space Bethlehem Town Center anchored by Staples and PetSmart. Tim McGuire of Schulyer Cos. represented the landlord on the transaction. This is the second Tuesday Morning location in the Albany market. In Penfield, Tuesday Morning has opened in a 23,314 s/f space formerly occupied by Linens N Things in Panorama Plaza. The center is owned Developers Diversified Realty and is anchored by Top's Markets and Staples. Brian Ross represented the landlord on the transaction and Scott Burdett co-brokered with Ben Borruso of Pyramid on behalf of the tenant. This is the third Tuesday Morning location in the Rochester market. In Queensbury, Tuesday Morning has opened in an 8,910 s/f space formerly occupied by Rite Aid. The center is anchored by JoAnn's and Staples and owned by Flaum Management Co., Inc.
