Beyda and Zach of Itzhaki Properties Retail broker 4,850 s/f at 521 West 125th Street
Itzhaki Properties Retail has recently brokered the 4,850 s/f retail lease at 521 West 125th St. between Amsterdam and Broadway in the Harlem neighborhood. Itzhaki was retained exclusively by the landlord to rent out the space and procured the tenant, a regional dollar store, for a 10 year lease.
The asking price for the space was $55 per s/f. The subject property included a 2,900 s/f ground level, 750 s/f mezzanine, and 1,200 s/f cellar.
