Niblock and Oheb of Friedman-Roth Realty close on sale of 427-437 Dean Street: $4.4 million
Friedman-Roth Realty Corp. has closed on the sale of the two 4-story walk-up apartment buildings located at 427-437 Dean St. This is the first sale of these properties in more than 20 years. The buildings are located in a highly desirable Park Slope neighborhood, situated between 4th and 5th Aves. The two buildings contain 34 apartments and had an annual rent roll of $420,000.
The purchase price for this transaction was $4.4 million.
