UBE 's lease is for 10 years and three months and occupies the entire 28th floor. Sapir is represented by CB Richard Ellis' team of Howard Fiddle and Joseph Mangiacotti.

Tatsuru Kono of Cushman & Wakefield was the representing agent for UBE. The 28-story building includes 11 tower floors with over 5,400 s/f each and eight mid-tower floors.
