Niagara Falls, NY Penny Cipolla of Innovative Realty Services, Inc. completed three deals throughout western and central New York totaling 13,707 s/f. The deals include:

* A 1,535 s/f lease to Kay Jewelers at the Fashion Outlets at Niagara Falls. The anticipated store opening date is September 26.

* A 5,572 s/f lease to Famous Footwear at the Pyramid Mall in Ithaca.

* A 6,600 s/f lease to Famous Footwear at the Country Squire Plaza in Cicero.
