What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2018?

Stroock’s national real estate group spearheaded many notable and exciting deals over the past year.

One deal we’re particularly proud of as a firm is our representation of biopharmaceutical leader Pfizer Inc. in its new global headquarters in one of Manhattan’s most historic and innovative developments: Hudson Yards. Through a 20-year, 800,000 s/f office lease beginning in 2020, Pfizer will become the anchor tenant at The Spiral—an iconic 2.8-million s/f, 1,031-foot-tall skyscraper at 66 Hudson Blvd. Stroock also represented Pfizer in the concurrent sale of its current headquarters on 42nd St.
