What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2018?

Our greatest professional accomplishment in 2018 was being recognized with a Trifecta Award from the Zweig Group as a Hot Firm, Best Firm to Work For, and a Marketing Excellence award. This is an outstanding accomplishment for us to be recognized amongst the 100 fastest-growing A/E firms in the U.S. These awards are an honor as they validate our efforts to create a firm with an outstanding culture inspiring our team to perform at the highest levels and creating an environment where our people feel valued, make a difference, and see their contribution to the overall mission and success of the firm.
