WNY NYSCAR to hold Ninth Annual Awards Dinner on February 11

The WNY Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) will hold its Ninth Annual Awards Dinner and installation of officers' ceremony on Feb. 11. This year's event will be held at the Buffalo Yacht Club, One Porter Ave., with an open bar at 6 p.m. and dinner at 7 p.m. sharp. The swearing-in ceremony of new officers will be followed by the presentation of several awards. Awards will be given for Lifetime Achievement, Meritorious Service and for the Largest Broker Assisted Lease and Sale Transactions of 2009. The 2010 recipient for the Lifetime Achievement Award will be Cash Cunningham of Cash Auctions. This year's Meritorious Service Award recipient will be the Honorable Tom Reynolds, former congressman. They are going to have a special presentation for what they believe is the WNY-Deal of the Year for the benefit of the entire WNY area: The Yahoo datacenter project.
