Dentora Holdings, LLC has purchased the 33,000 s/f former Braun Cadillac auto dealership building located on 3.27 acres on 2928 Walden Ave. from General Motors. The sale price was $895,000.
Richard Schechter and Ben Borruso of Pyramid Brokerage Co., a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, in cooperation with Jones Lang LaSalle, represented General Motors in the negotiations.
Pyramid is one of upstate N.Y.'s largest commercial real estate services firms with over 100 agents.
