Winick Realty Group N.J. welcomes Kornitzer

Industry veteran Thomas Kornitzer joined Winick Realty Group N.J., where he will serve as senior director, working out of the company's Cranford office. In this position, Kornitzer will be in charge of both landlord and tenant accounts, specifically working with such exclusive clients as Safeguard Self Storage, Pep Boys and Wendy's. Kornitzer brings more than twenty years of experience in retail and commercial brokerage to the role, having held positions in New Jersey, New York and Southern Florida. Most recently, Kornitzer served as Regional Director in both New York and New Jersey at RKF. Mr. Kornitzer also served as owner and President of Coast Real Estate, where he specialized in retail leasing, ground up development and investment sales. Over the course of his career, Kornitzer worked with a wide array of landlords and tenants, having closed deals with Lakeland Bank, Capital 1 Bank, 1 $ Zone, Sleepy's, Shell Oil, Musicland and others. He also exclusively represented Daibes Enterprises Real Estate Portfolio, leasing over 300,000 square feet of existing and newly constructed shopping centers. "Thomas brings a wealth of experience to our company and he will no doubt be a valuable addition as we continue to expand Winick Realty Group's leasing efforts in New Jersey," said Daniel Spector, senior vice president and founding partner of Winick Realty Group NJ.
