Wenger and Bologno of Meridian negotiate $18 million on behalf of Kaiserman Co.

Meridian Capital Group, LLC has negotiated $18 million in permanent financing on behalf of The Kaiserman Co. for the Meetinghouse Apartments & Townhouses multifamily property. The 10-year balance sheet loan features a competitive fixed-rate of 3.53%. Meridian vice presidents Irwin Wenger and Jim Bologno, both based in the company's Iselin, N.J. office, negotiated this transaction. The Meetinghouse Apartments & Townhouses are located at 3131 Meetinghouse Rd. and totals 245 apartment units and 122 townhomes.
