Welch joins Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz as chair of real estate practice

New York, NY Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz, PC has added Larry Welch as a partner in the firm’s real estate group. Welch, who will be the chair of the firm’s real estate practice, joined the firm on September 7th.  He will be based in the New York office.

Welch handles real estate transactions for high-profile individuals and businesses in the entertainment, advertising, restaurant, personal care, and professional services industries.  He regularly advises on purchases, sales, leases, and financings of a wide range of commercial properties -- including retail stores, restaurants, music studios, art galleries, advertising agencies, gyms, professional offices, schools and other public spaces across the country. His experience includes advising Deutsch LA and McCann Worldgroup, celebrity chef Matthew Kenney, and many other businesses and individuals on a variety of real estate matters.

Welch also brings special expertise to advising clients in the restaurant industry, and will also join the firm’s Restaurant Group.
