WaMu signs for 3,600 s/f at Manor Rd. shopping center on Staten Island

Washington Mutual, Inc. (WaMu) has signed a 10-year lease for 3,600 s/f of retail space at Muss Development's Manor Road Shopping Center. The deal leaves just two vacancies within the mixed-use center. The 53,817 s/f two-story shopping center located at 754 Manor Rd., off Westwood Rd., has 17 office suites on the second floor. Waldbaum's, CVS, a dry cleaner and several eateries are currently on the tenant roster. The center, built in 1969, has more than 150 parking spaces.
