Wacht and Sanet of Sierra Realty ink 1,200 s/f

Sierra Realty Corp. president James Wacht and senior managing director Barry Sanet have secured a 1,200 s/f long-term commercial lease on the fourth floor of 801 Madison Ave. with Jon Green Corp., after less than one month of marketing the property on behalf of landlord Masto Realty Corp. Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate's Marianne Thorsen represented the tenant in the transaction. "To have brought in such a high caliber tenant in less than one month, especially given the state of the economy, is an accomplishment in no small sense of the word," said Sanet. "Mr. Green is well-known for exceptional customer service - a standard we worked hard to match in orchestrating this deal," said Sanet. Jon Green is a designer of men's apparel known as much for his highly personalized approach to customer service as he is for the exceptional quality of his one-of-a-kind creations. Founded in 1953, Sierra Realty Corp. provides commercial property management services, third-party multi-family property management, office and store leasing, brokerage services to building owners and tenants, and real estate consulting services.
