The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph Aquino, executive vice president of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Leasing, Marketing and Sales Division, has secured a prime new location for the elegant Ristorante DeGrezia at 805 Third Ave., with the entrance at 208 East 50th St. The venerable establishment, which caters to corporate crowds from the surrounding business district, as well as residents of nearby Beekman and Sutton Places, is moving across the street from its present location.
The current space, formerly occupied by Ashton's Pub, consists of two levels comprising 1,700 s/f at ground level, including 30 ft. of frontage, plus 500 s/f on the concourse level that is part of the building's famous food court.
