United American Land holds topping out ceremony for Soho Mews
Developer United American Land, general contractor Plaza Construction Corp. and honored guests celebrated the topping out of the two spectacular buildings comprising Soho Mews, the new collection of luxury condominium residences at 311 West Bdwy. in New York City's arts district.
"The construction of Soho Mews has been a labor of love," said developer Albert Laboz of United American Land LLC, a family owned firm with deep roots in the SoHo community. "The two buildings capture the iconic cast iron design aesthetic of SoHo, with a modern sensibility that reflects the character of this distinctive neighborhood."
