TWC Business Class expands fiber network to One World Trade Center

Time Warner Cable (TWC) has completed an investment to expand its advanced communications network to One World Trade Center, the 104-story office building that stands a 1,776 ft. tall.
Time Warner Cable, through its Business Services unit, has pulled more than 1.5 miles of fiber and coaxial cable into and throughout One World Trade Center. All three million s/f of the class A office building now has access to a full suite of Time Warner Cable Business Class communications products and services, including network and Internet speeds as fast as 10 Gbps.
Phil Meeks, EVP and chief operating officer of Time Warner Cable Business Services, said, "Our network expansion to One World Trade Center provides business tenants with access to one of the fastest and most reliable networks founds anywhere in New York City, making it an even more attractive business address. We're proud to partner with the Durst organization to invest in Lower Manhattan's continued economic revitalization."
