Tudor and Collins of CBC Meridian arrange four sales totaling $252,500 and six leases totaling 58,169 s/f
Eric Tudor and Patricia Collins, co-owners of Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian have completed four sales totaling $252,500 and six leases totaling 58,169 s/f.
Collins and Tudor represented The English Pork Pie Co. in a 6,000 s/f manufacturing lease at 2727 Broadway. The landlord is Zaepfel Development Co.
They also represented the NCIDA in the marketing and sale disposition of shovel-ready vacant land at Vantage International Pointe (VIP). They sold a four-acre parcel to Villa Olympic, Inc. for $77,500. They will be building a 10,000 s/f manufacturing facility on the site. Villa was represented by Michael Johnson of RealtyUSA.
There are two additional companies planning on closing on land under contract in the next couple of months. An eight-acre parcel from a local businessman and another Canadian company which has 6 acres under contract. About half of the land has been sold in the past couple of years.
They also sold a 2,887 s/f office building at 39-41 Kenmore Ave., Amherst to The Kenmore Alliance Church for 115,000.
Tudor and Collins represented Fastenal in a 3,000 s/f lease at 220 John Glenn Dr., Amherst.
Tudor and Collins represented Hospira Worldwide in leasing a 26,000 s/f space on 2495 Walden Ave. from Benderson Development Co.
Tudor and Collins sold two buildings located on Rapin Rd., Buffalo. They represented the seller, Retake Your City. They sold 92 Rapin Rd., a 22,500 s/f building to a private developer, who was represented by Cash Cunningham of Cash Realty and Auctions, for $15,000. They also sold 95 Rapin Rd., a 28,000 s/f building to Imperial Textile, who was represented by Gunner Tronolone of MJ Peterson, for $45,000.
They represented Krow's Nest Family Fun Center in a new 13,000 s/f store at 8735 Niagara Falls Blvd.
Tudor and Collins represented Sonwil Distribution as their exclusive agent and brought two tenants to the Airport International Centre on Sonwil Dr. The the new tenants are Logosol, Inc. who leased 5,169 s/f at 250 Sonwil Dr. and Life Safety Engineered Systems, Inc. who leased 5,000 s/f at 60 Sonwil Dr.
