Truman Place completes $250,000 redevelopment project

Developer Jeff Cook purchased a 10,000 s/f office building located on 3000 Mt. Reed Blvd. The property is along the busy north-south corridor of Mt. Read Blvd. and is close to Interstate 390 with access from either the West Ridge Rd. or Vintage Ln. exits. It is located near Wegmans' new grocery superstore, the Home Depot, and the Mall at Greece Ridge. Truman Place, LLC has finished a $250,000 redevelopment project. The 75 car parking lot, landscaping, sidewalks, and roof have all been replaced. The common hallways have new carpet, fresh paint, and updated wallpaper. In addition, new windows, doors, and updated HVAC systems were installed. Truman Place is ready for new tenants. The building has 4,600 s/f for lease. Suites can be subdivided to a minimum of 500 s/f. The entire 4,000 s/f second floor is available.
