Pittsford, NY Empire Commercial Construction is well underway with the construction contract for Cinnaholic. Empire partnered with local franchisee, ABKI Corp., as well as Tedrow Design Group, for all design and development of the 905 s/f space located within Pittsford Plaza at 3349 Monroe Ave. Official opening of this location is planned for later this fall.

“We are excited to work with local owners as they expand this thriving franchise throughout the U.S. with the opening of the first location in Upstate New York,” said Empire president, Josh Myers. “There’s nothing like it in our community, and we believe that Pittsford and the surrounding Rochester markets are going to fall in love with Cinnaholic’s fully customizable sweet treats.”

Recently reaching 90 locations nationwide, the locally owned and operated Pittsford franchise will be Cinnaholic’s second location in New York State and the first in Upstate New York. The bakery, known for its fully customizable plant-based menu with multiple cinnamon roll combinations as well as cookies, brownies, and edible cookie dough, will open in the former UPS Store between Goldfish Swim School and One World Goods.

Not new to helping solve everyone’s sweet cravings, Empire has completed locations for both local and national brands such as White Rabbit Dessert, Insomnia Cookies, Sweet Mist Ice Cream, Forno Di Laura Bakery, Tim Hortons, Panera Bread, and more.
