Time Equities Inc. partners with SWTCH Energy to deliver EV charging solutions across its real estate portfolio

Menands, NY Time Equities, Inc. (TEI), a New York City-based international, full-service real estate firm, is partnering with SWTCH Energy (SWTCH), one of North America’s leading providers of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for multi-tenant buildings. By leveraging SWTCH's advanced EV technology and the comprehensive installation and operational expertise of its extensive network of qualified partners, TEI aims to provide an innovative solution that delivers exceptional value across its portfolio.

Together TEI and SWTCH will provide top-tier program management, construction oversight, and a seamless integration of EV charging hardware, software, and support services—all while ensuring exceptional value. SWTCH’s comprehensive EV charging solution includes state-of-the-art charging stations, intuitive mobile applications, and a robust network management platform, all designed to work in harmony to deliver outstanding experiences for both station owners and EV drivers.

The installation at TEI’s 150 Broadway property in Menands, New York, marks the first site in the portfolio to feature SWTCH’s EV charging solution which includes 14 Level 2 chargers and one DC Fast Charger. The first ten Level 2 chargers are available to the public, with the remaining four chargers and Fast Charger reserved for the Department of Health. This installation was done in partnership with PlugIn Stations Online (PISO).

TEI and SWTCH plan to deploy 200 EV chargers across TEI’s portfolio over the next few years, carefully analyzing each property to identify optimal locations that maximize economic and operational efficiency.
