According to Friedman-Roth Realty Services LLC, it has completed the sale of a two story retail building located at 101 Montague St.
Situated in the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood between Hicks and Henry St., the 2,600 s/f building, with 26 ft. of retail frontage, is currently triple net leased. Additionally, 6,300 s/f of future development rights are available. The purchaser, a private investment group, acquired the property for $1.95 million or nearly $780 per s/f.
