Additionally, 6,300 s/f of future development rights are available. The purchaser, a private investment group, acquired the property for $1.95 million or nearly $780 per s/f. Friedman-Roth's Jim Thorp represented the seller while managing partners Eric Roth, George Niblock and Joel Radmin represented the purchaser.
