Thompson of Douglas Elliman Commercial arranges lease expansion for JobDiva at Equity Office’s 44 Wall Street

Manhattan, NY According to Equity Office, JobDiva, the global leader in recruiting software, has signed a lease expansion bringing the company to a total of 21,000 s/f at 44 Wall St., its Financial District tower.

JobDiva was represented by John Thompson of Douglas Elliman Commercial. Equity Office was represented in-house by Zachary Freeman and Silverstein, as well as by Adam Foster, Michael Rizzo, Zachary Price, and Caroline Merck of CBRE.

JobDiva, an innovative company that has been at the forefront of delivering effective solutions for 22,000 global staffing professionals, has been a tenant at 44 Wall St. since 2010. Under the lease expansion, the company will occupy 3,300 s/f of pre-built space on the fifth floor, in addition to the 17,700 s/f it currently occupies on the 16th and 18th floors.

“The new 44 Wall St. continues to attract and foster a vibrant community of creative, media, and technology brands. We are pleased to grow our relationship with JobDiva, an innovative company that epitomizes Lower Manhattan’s transformation,” said Scott Silverstein of Equity Office. 

Built in 1927 and acquired in June 2016, Equity Office is putting its signature on the historic building, which includes the construction of multiple full floor pre-builts. Its tenant roster includes Cullen & Dykman LLP, a law firm that has served institutional and individual clients since 1850; IBI Group, a global architecture, planning, engineering and technology firm; and Funny Or Die, the premiere comedy brand founded by Will Ferrell, Adam Kay, and Chris Henchy.
